Jerod Warf
Founder & Professional Trainer

Jerod Warf is an adventurer whose passion for movement and health has guided and enriched his life and the lives of his clients.

Throughout his career, Jerod has focused on personal training for clients with neurological conditions (primarily spinal cord injuries, but also strokes, Lyme disease, and other paralysis conditions). He also had the honor of training the U.S. Paralympic Rugby Team in the lead-up to the London Paralympic Games, trained the U.S. Women’s Wheelchair Basketball Team at Lakeshore Foundation, and has worked extensively with athletes on the Portland Pounders Wheelchair Rugby Team, competitive hand cyclists, and numerous NFL athletes.

For Jerod, movement and adventure are a part of life, providing meaning and purpose through life’s many challenges. Jerod’s love of adventure has led him all over the world, including rock climbing on the Amalfi Coast in Italy, trekking in Nepal and Austria, backpacking through the Costa Rican jungle, and summiting various Cascade Range mountains, including Mt. Rainer, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Adams, Broken Top, Three Fingered Jack, South Sister, and Mt. Hood numerous times. He is also a 3-time American Ninja Warrior contestant.

Yet, ultimate meaning for Jerod is about more than seeking the thrill of outdoor adventures or challenging mountain peaks. It is about finding balance, health, grace, and power in the body we each are given. The journey to the adventure should be just as rewarding as the adventure itself. At Peaks & Arrows, we will guide you there.
